Version Support:
Support can only be ensured with the purchase of either an Upgrade Plan or a Maintenance Plan. Both of these plans entitle you to the latest release of the software we support only the current version of our software through the customer's private support forum. In the event of a software change being required, PTF's are made available from the download area of our support portal but no new PTF's are released for previous releases of our software.
